Choose your dates and a site, and send a request. There's nothing to pay yet. Within 48 hours the office gets in touch to meet you: at the office, or by phone or video call if you're not nearby. If your stay is approved, you get a secure link to pay a deposit (your first 7 nights), and paying confirms your stay. The rest of your first month is charged the day before you arrive, then each month in advance. Power is metered and billed monthly on most sites.
